APPLICATION GUIDELINES 
No age or background restrictions; artists at any career stage are welcome to submit; 

• All mediums are welcomed; 

• Submission of 1-3 artwork images; 

• Size limit: 150 cm; 

• Artwork title, size, medium, year, and a description of the work;

• Artwork pricing (or NFS); 

• Artist statement and Artist CV; 

• Artist’s s website, Instagram, or other social media links (if available).

ARTIST GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• All artworks must be the original creations of the artist; 

• If selected, artists must deliver their works to the designated address within the time frame specified in the confirmation email; 

• The responsibility for the transportation and insurance of the artwork during the exhibition period lies with the artist.; 

• All artworks must arrive at the designated address ready for installation; all paper based artwork must be framed; 

• Artists from outside the UK may need to register for Value Added Tax (VAT); please consult HM Revenue and Customs: https://www.gov.u 

FEES AND COMMISIONS
There is no submission fee for artists to apply. Instead of charging all artists a submission fee and having them bear the disappointment of not being selected, we prefer to ask selected artists to invest in your CV, and pay for confirmed exhibition opportunity only. 

• Upon selection: £180

• Early Bird: £160

• Artwork Sales Commission: 30%
